The Board of Directors of Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service are pleased to announce member director Kaya Carson has been appointed as the Chairperson of the organisation.
Kaya Carson has an extensive history with Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service as a patient, a member and now a Member Director. Kaya’s passion is driven from the guidance of her Grandmother who played a key role in the Noongar Community. Kaya has several qualifications and has continued her professional development with Governance Training. Kaya is committed to creating succession planning for the next generation of Noongar Leaders and empowering our young Noongar’s to be passionate about Governance and get involved.
Member director Nathan Riley remains on the Board, and the Board would like to thank him for his valuable contributions as Chairperson.
